With this crank rod, you can convert your Honda Hobbit crankshaft from a 10mm Piston Pin to a 12mm Piston Pin.  This allows you to do all sorts of fun things.  Such as running Derbi 70cc Metrakits (The most advanced moped kit there is) or running water cooled scooter kits.
