Description

Here at 77, or first moped love was Minarelli. Still today, the V1 has a spot in our heart. One of the weak spots in Minarelli performance was the cranshaft. We wanted a roller bearing crank for when we upgraded to a Polini, or BRN kit. Since there were no good options, we had one made.

This is that crank. Roller bearing top and bottom, with a beefier crank arm to hold up to more power, this crank is a drop in replacment for your stock pedal Minarelli V1 crankshaft.

You can see this crank in action on Garage. The worlds largest moped tuning database. Check out all these builds using the Minarelli 77 Race Crankshaft.

3 of 5 Woodruff keyway slot in wrong postion December 15, 2015
Reviewer: Cpt. F. from Seattle, WA United States
The woodruff keyway slot is machined in the wrong position, making it impossible to time properly using the stock flywheel w/ woodruff key.

The only way to use this crank is to hand set the flywheel, WITHOUT the woodruff key, using a TDC micrometer and/or degree wheel, and verifying with a timing light.

Otherwise the machining and quality seem good.
