Description:
I got this tome from the Motobecane Club de France.  It was written in 1987 by a master moped tuner named Didier Thomas.  Apparently it gave young French kids the know how to build insane Le Monster mopeds with the tools they had at home.

it was ultimately banned by the French government, where it went underground and was passed around and sold as photocopied pamphlets. 


23 years later you can download it.
