Pirelli is one of the most respected tire manufacturer in the world! Here is the only offering of Pirelli that will work on the 17in moped wheel. It is a tubeless tire, but you can fix that by running a tube in it.

This tire is very wide for a moped tire.  It is 90/80-17.  Which measures out to be roughly at 17 x 2.75 to 3in wide tire.  This will work on only the widest of swingarms. Magnum, and other bigger mopeds will fit the bill.
