Although the manifold is said to install 19 mm Dellorato carb; it needs a little work. I shortened the carb snout by 6 mm and cut off the same amount on the manifold and it became a very close fit. They connected well with a short hose and clamps. I ordered 4 ea. gaskets to raise the manifold a bit. I think the crankcase most likely need not be ground to clear the carb while it's mounted perfectly square. I bought the Puch with the 65 cc Metra on it and the 19 mm carb. I am 85 years old, the bike is too fast for me, it's scary. I think I'll trade it for a slower 4 stroker. Aloha from Hawaii. James.
