Spanish power!

Bringing one of the first new kits to enter the scene in a long time, Airsal steps its game up and delivers a bold new design for the A55 model Tomos. This 44mm/70cc bore kit uses a four-transfer port map with a giant single exhaust port, very similar to a 45mm / 75cc Gilardoni.

This kit is meant for a Tomos A55, but it also will bolt right up to a Puch engine. Unlike the Metrakit and Gilardoni 45mm kits, this Airsal does not require case-boring to fit to the engine. It is still a magnum style cylinder though, and will require an exhaust built with a angled mount in mind, like the Homeot 8p.

We've successfully used a Polini 19mm intake meant for Minarelli/Garelli mopeds on this kit, we just had to cut out two of the fins off of the head to mount a spigot style PHBG Dellorto Carburetor.

A55 owners will be able to bolt up their stock equiptment, although it is not recommended. If you are getting this kit, you will want to get the carb upgrade kit at least, a performance exhaust, and maybe some new sprockets. This is the best kit out there for Tomos mopeds.

A nice little upgrade for your Tomos A3. This cylinder brings the power of the Reed to your the Tomos A3. Unless you want to modify your cylinder head, you will need to pair this with a High-Comp Puch cylinder head.

This kit is the classic big bore kit of yore. Before the Gila kit came to dominate, the Metrakit was king.

Metrakit went out of business a few years ago, and this kit was thought lost forever. We found a small stockpile of them, and are very please to share them with you.

In case you are not familiar with the kit, you will need to both bore out your engine cases to fit the massive sleeve, and weld on some material to your cases to allow perfect port matching. This kit is for the moped Wizards, or aspiring apprentices.
