Brand new top part of your Puch forks. Great if you have a pre-1977 Puch, and want to be able to put normal bars on it. Or, if you just want the joy of chrome, and don't want to replace your entire fork set.

The fork has rust on it. It looks like it was used, beat up, then chromed over. Some edges are very rough.
