Tomos technology brought to the Puch. This is the same bolt pattern as the Tomos intake, the Polini 4 Petal, and is pretty much the standard in reed intake mounts for mopeds.


The big kicker on this kit is the fact that it has the flat exhaust port, which allows the mounting of any Puch exhaust. Mount this up and rip!

Spanish power!

Bringing one of the first new kits to enter the scene in a long time, Airsal steps its game up and delivers a bold new design for the A55 model Tomos. This 44mm/70cc bore kit uses a four-transfer port map with a giant single exhaust port, very similar to a 45mm / 75cc Gilardoni.

This kit is meant for a Tomos A55, but it also will bolt right up to a Puch engine. Unlike the Metrakit and Gilardoni 45mm kits, this Airsal does not require case-boring to fit to the engine. It is still a magnum style cylinder though, and will require an exhaust built with a angled mount in mind, like the Homeot 8p.

We've successfully used a Polini 19mm intake meant for Minarelli/Garelli mopeds on this kit, we just had to cut out two of the fins off of the head to mount a spigot style PHBG Dellorto Carburetor.

A55 owners will be able to bolt up their stock equiptment, although it is not recommended. If you are getting this kit, you will want to get the carb upgrade kit at least, a performance exhaust, and maybe some new sprockets. This is the best kit out there for Tomos mopeds.

The Puch Gila is killing the RPM's these days. Peugeot now how this Italian technology. 5 port madness. 3 port exhaust. Transfers are pretty OK I would take a dremel and port the eff out of the transfer to make this kit rip. But keep in mind that even the puch gila has small transfers and its a ripper though.

Called by some the Lil Gila, this kit is amazing. Based on the Puch Athena/AJH design, this kit has a little spin on it with the split exhaust port design. It allows for a larger exhaust port without rings catching.

With our soon to be released spacer, you will be able to drop a big V-Force or Malossi Gilardoni sized reed in this bad boy. In the mean time, you can just go for the stock reed, or the MB5 Carbon fiber reed.

Malossi saw the need to have a Garelli kit, so when the original run of Garelli Reed kits were out of production for a while, they rereleased this Benelli G2 Motoguzzi Robin kit with modifications to work on a Garelli.

Bolts right up to a Garelli, there are some reported issues with getting the included intake to work. It is super worth figuring it work.
