This coil is used with Pietcard CDI boxes, and are geared at Garelli mopeds with CEV, Bosch, Ducati Stator plate and flywheels.  Will fit other bikes as well. Experiment!

 

Basically, take this coil, and a CDI box, and then you can replace your points and condensor while reusing your original everything else.  Check out the installation diagram for more info.  Easier then setting your points!

It seems pretty good I think. But my 1977 garelli still dies when it gets warm.? I also bought a 2013 cdi box and a 3213E universal external ignition coil. Does anyone know if I need a different part or something else for this problem???
